Product Used?

Hello! My partner purchased this Kayali Vanilla 28 online and although the product was wrapped in a box, when I opened it, I thought it looked used? The bottle had residue inside the lid and I feel like it doesn’t look as full as other perfumes I have purchased in the past. Does anyone else think this looks used? TYIA! KAYALI VANILLA | 28 Eau de Parfum

@malmar157 From the picture, it looks normal but if you have the receipt or purchase information, you are welcome to exchange it in store.
