Problems with Fedex

I can see that many Canadian customers have problems with Fedex and have no choice but to order less/stop ordering online from Sephora. I too am experiencing problems with my last orders - suddenly, my โ€œaddress is incorrectโ€ and Fedex canโ€™t deliver my packages - though Canada Post never had a problem with it. The FedEx pick-up centres are very inconvenient, and always tend to be in an industrial/faraway part of town. I have called Sephora Support to give my feedback, but I am really hoping management is listening and will provide Canadian customers with an option to select โ€œCanada Post onlyโ€ for delivery of their package. Also I was wondering, if I use a โ€œFlex Deliveryโ€ address (P.O. box address, provided by Canada Post), since Fedex doesnโ€™t deliver to PO boxes, will my package ship via Canada Post? Guess it doesnโ€™t hurt to try...

I understand your frustration with FedEx shipping and we will forward your feedback. If you do have your packages shipped to a P.O Box, then it will be delivered by Canada Post. I hope that this helps.

I too am disappointed in Sephora switching over to FedEx. Itโ€™s a huge inconvenience. Iโ€™m not about to open a P.O. Box just so I can order things from Sephora. Thatโ€™s hardly a solution to the actual problem. I ordered something last week, and FedEx came while I was at work. Now I have to wait until next week to get my package. Iโ€™m lucky because they will deliver to location near my home for me to come pick up, but other Canadian Sephora online shoppers will not be so fortunate. Please use Canada Post for all of your shipping. It means we all get our orders sooner and will continue to online shop with you. If you continue to use FedEx, I will stop online shopping with Sephora, and so will many other Canadians.
