Points not refunded

Hello, I used 500 points for $10 off on my online order but then returned my entire order and did not get my 500 points back on my account.

I came here with the same issue!! I bought a primer with 500 points and I tried the sample on my hand at the store. I liked it so I bought it, but in the way home my hand became really red and started burning. I turned around before even getting home to return the product and was told the points are not refundable. I have been a loyal Sephora customer since they opened here in the US, and in all those years have only returned two things now, this one being the only one I have ever returned with points. I am a rouge member and still nothing back on points that take forever to save up. And they just continue to say read the fine print. So I will be reading the fine print at Ulta, Credo and Dermstore from now on instead!! So ridiculous, what terrible customer service.

Sorry for the confusion. Return of merchandise purchased with a Beauty Insider Cash Reward will be for the price actually paid after applying the $10 discount. Neither the 500 Beauty Insider Points deducted from your Beauty Insider account or the $10 discount will be refunded.
