Sephoria 2024 Refund

Me and my sister booked the Friday session for Sephoria but our flights got cancelled and I’ve seen the same case for so many others, we have no way of getting there, it’s simply out of our control. I know so many others have had the same experience but wondering if anyone has gotten answers? I spoke to customer service and all they know is that the sessions got postponed an hour. I realize how much work goes into this and a lot of people are excited, but for our cases is it not possible to get a refund? These were unforeseen circumstances, it’s not like we changed our minds and decided not to go??

Sephora is absolutely ridiculous for this. THERE WAS A HURRICANE do they not understand that a lot of people including myself were not able to even get to Atlanta. My flight was canceled and they refunded me, my hotel refunded me, but Sephora could care less, "we care for the safety of our customers" if that was the case things would have been handled very differently. I purchased 4 tickets. that's nearly $1200 down the drain. They havent even responded to my emails after they sent out the blast email the night before the event stating that there will be no refunds. The least they could do is ship out the swag bags that were promised at the event, to those who paid and were not able to attend. so disappointed.

They are letting us get the swag bags for session 1!!! I saw some videos of people getting the bags for their friends who couldn't make it to the event. I can ask as I’m leaving the event if you want and get your bag!! I’m flying back out tomorrow morning to Texas so I would ship it out tomorrow midafternoon the cheapest option with the weight will probably be USPS priority flat rate. As Atlanta asks people to stay inside due to the dangerous flooding and ongoing rescues, Sephora could care less. Maybe if they provide a kayak or something.

Very disappointed in how Sephora acted in this event. Looks like it’s pure greed from big corporation. Looks like I will be getting rid of my Rouge status after this event.

Exactly! If enough of us took our dollars to Ulta or directly to the brands I bet Sephora would move differently!

It is incredibly tone deaf of Sephora given a category 4 hurricane that has caused widespread flight cancellations and is projected to cause serious flooding and disruption to postpone the Friday event by 1 hour to “ensure that all guests arrive safely”. Many of your guests cannot arrive at all and not by choice. What a blatant disregard of the safety of your patrons. A refund or some kind of compensation should be given to show someone at Sephora has empathy. This is unbelievable. Do better.

I just received their 10pm update. No refunds is insane!!! People have spent so much money to attend only for it to be impossible to even get into Atlanta right now ie flight cancellations and dangerous road conditions because of a major hurricane!! I am very disappointed in Sephora I hope everyone is blowing up their phone and mailboxes demanding for more

yeah, atp they need to cancel. I was supposed to go to a concert tonight and they canceled. all the schools closed down today and tomorrow. many non-essential employees are working from home. it's 9pm and they haven't sent a follow up meeting. I even regret buying my ticket now.
