Points lost

Hi,

I made a purchase on jan1 2024 online after some months of being off all cosmetics (as I was pregnant etc). The same day, customer service deleted nearly 5800 of my insider points without notice. 

Please help on how to get them back - I previously tried to use them on a large points redemption but it did not work and now the points have all disappeared.

Dear @keelybt I have a very similar situation with 1151 of my points suddenly deleted. When I tried to redeem my points weeks ago I was told that my points expired.
