Nearly 7000 points lost

No email warning me that the new policy will make you lose all your points if you are inactive for a year. This is bad customer service and business model. The profit you made from me getting to 7000 points was not voided. I earned those points because I bought so many things. Then why void my points? This will simply ensure that I use other outfitters to buy made up and cream and not go to Sephora again. So extremely disappointed. PS: my husband just gifted me over $600 of items from Sephora. What a waste. This is unethical business practice. @customer

@denali02  Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your registered email address or you can contact Sephora privately through Facebook, X or Instagram.

I understand the new rule. That wasn’t the case before. Even the girl at Sephora said she didn’t know why my points went to zero. That’s my whole issue. Life gets busy and people get busy. Doesn’t mean the points should go away. Please advise how I can send a private message.

@denali02 You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.
