Points gone with no warning

I had some health issues I had to deal with last year and had to monitor my email for test results. I always received Sephora emails for sales and product releases. Not once did I receive a warning about my points. Now that I feel better and want to treat myself I can't. Making purchases in order to keep my account active was not even a thought last year but a warning would have been appreciated.

@kelisno sorry to hear that!  Points only expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep the account active, you would need to make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift within a year. I'll take a look then send you a PM.
