Fleet Optics Shipping

I am extremely disappointed I am with both Sephora and Fleet Optics.  It has been so frustrating trying to connect with anyone at that shipping company.  Tracking is horrible and very inaccurate.  Drivers claim that they attempted to delivery my product only to say my business was closed when it was open.  When I submitted multiple requests to remind them of my business hours, they attempted to delivery and say that I was closed again when I was open according to the tracking history.   From what I read on Google reviews and this forum, it seems that that company has many issues for years.  Not sure why Sephora continues to use this company for so many years.   Why not offer delivery options to the customer during the checkout process like other websites. 

The fact that my order is stuck some where in transit makes it even harder for me to cancel/return it since I do not want it anymore.  It has been two weeks and counting.  My only recourse now is to open a case with my credit card company to have the charges reversed since I have not received the package.
