Perfume Sampler Voucher

I bought a perfume sampler online with hopes of using the fragrance voucher to get a full size fragrance. I didn’t know that it’s only redeemable at free standing Sephoras. The closest one is 3 hours away and due to Covid I’m not traveling. 

I tried doing a chat and got Stephen in customer service but he didn’t help at all and he quit the chat while I was typing. 

Can anyone help? I just want my Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb 🥺

This post has been moved to Customer Support and I'm sorry for the trouble! The fragrance voucher will not expire and it can be redeemed in our freestanding Sephora stores. Regretfully it can't be redeemed online or in Sephora inside JCPenney stores.
