Pending Charges

 I just tried to order a product for about $33 dollars and when I tried to check out it said it didn't work because my card information was wrong or something. However, right when it said that I got a notification from my bank telling me a charge from Sephora is pending for $33. This product is not in my recently purchased list and I did not get an email notification. I don't want to be charged for something that isn't even gonna be delivered. Let me know if anyone can help me. Thanks

I am sorry to hear this. When an order is placed there is a pending authorization on your credit card. If that order is unsuccessful or cancelled, that authorization will be reversed and you should see the funds back in your account within the next 5 business days.
