Order cancelled, charge still pending

I placed an order online and chose to pick up the item at a nearby store, but it turns out it was out of stock so Sephora canceled the day after. But it's been a week and it's still showing up in my debit card as pending. When will the charge be dropped?

Hi @jonahhhhhhhh What you're seeing is a temporary pending authorization, not a charge, and it will automatically drop within 1-7 business days. Please rest assured we haven't actually charged you for the cancelled order. I hope this clarifies!

Hi, I have tried to purchase a gift card but as I was paying my Apple Pay declined so I tried twice and it still declined. When I went to check my banking app it had said that I was charged twice. I have received no confirmation or anything please may I get my pending dropped on both charges please. Thank you
