Out of stock item

The second time I experienced an out of stock item at Westfield Sephora in San Francisco then never received a refund. I have so been looking forward to this item but there’s no way I’m going to let it slide again. Not only was I cornered against a wall while the worker saw I was waiting in line didn’t apologize when I knocked into the cheap divider but they purposely said my last name so wrong. The whole vibe from the people here was gross and not welcoming. The Sephora in Powell street is much nicer and the people are so respectful and let me know if something wasn’t added to my bag.
