Filter out of stock items

I really feel like in the Sale section there should either be a filter option to only show In Stock items, or just not display Out of Stock items at all.

Code wise it shouldn't be too difficult, obviously there's already a database element that ongoingly stores the stock status of each product in order to generate the Add to Cart / Out of Stock button. Adding a filter checkbox that pulls that value should take a decent coder less than 10 minutes and would greatly enhance the customer experience!

I agree! It's disgustingly inconsiderate to the shopper, literally wasting my time clicking on things I cannot purchase.

Girl! All of the sephora website needs a filter on in stock/out of stock. Every product I have selected shows out of stock. Such a frustration. Hello @sephora Fix it please.

Looking back I see folks have been requesting this feature for years 😣 I have no idea why sephora likes it when people waste time/get disappointed/don't buy anything because they spent too long looking for things that weren't actually available

This request has gone ignored for years! Putting on my tin foil hat: maybe they've purposefully ignored us cos they want people to keep wasting their time on the website - it drives up their numbers by making it seems we're enjoyably spending more time shopping, when in reality we're frustrated what we want in sale section isn't even avail

Not only that, but I'm sure they want us to sign up for the out of stock notification and/or add to our loves list so we can come back to it later when they have it again. It's definitely messed up and very much on purpose. Even amazon automatically filters out of stock items, and if you actually want to see those, you have to check a box. That's how it should be by default...

I clicked on four items in the sale section just now and they are all out of stock. I don't want to view items that are NOT available.  I'm off to Shoppers Drug Mart online for my makeup purchase...I'm sick of Sephora wasting my time.  Shoppers offers free shipping over $50 and Optimum Points. I've been a Rouge member for 10+ years. They have stripped the program (I liked free make overs with make up purchases) and gives less rewards. It's probably my last year as a Rouge Member.
