Orders not showing up

None of my past in store or online purchases are coming up on my account. Last order is from April and I’ve purchased many times since then. Placed three orders for the sale which I’ve received a confirmation and has been received but it doesn’t show up in my orders. The items show up in the section to restock your past purchases but that’s it. Anyone know how to fix this?

Same thing happened to me! I just placed an order yesterday! I didnt get a confirmation email and the order isnt even showing up on the app. I used the credit card reward on the order as well. The reward isnt showing on the app now which means it has been used.

@Shivani1016 Sorry to hear that! It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your settings on a browser, not the app. Please send me a private message with your order number or registered email address or you may contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat for assistance.

Additionally, if you're using the web browser, please clear your cookies and cache. You may need to look up how to do this on your specific device. No, I can’t because I don’t remember my password. I like to sign in one time and never have to do it again that’s called convenience and I’m not an email person either. I like to do everything via my phone text message preferably 856906-6650.

Same here! Placed an order yesterday and it went through. But no confirmation email (not in junk mail either) and it’s not shown in my recent orders! But my bank statement shows that the transaction went through since it’s on my bank statement. I know I was logged in because I was able to use the 20% off code.
