Ordered 2 timed, once i gave it back to ups because of how beat up the package was, the other had missing items

Hello, Im stressing so bad, ive been working part time for the past 2 months to get my girl right for christmas, ordered her a dyson (shes been saying shes saving up for one for some months now) and some other makeup im sure she’ll love

 

the dyson got here first, had to give it back to the ups driver before he left and he told me he’d report it as damaged and return it to the sender (sephora) but advised for me to wait until the status updated, contscted sephora once it updated and tbey told me i had to wait 30 days to get a refund, all i wanted was a replacement to get her the gift in time, i dont have the money to buy another obe

 

the other order got here next day, that one had nothing damaged but it only had 2/8 of the products, contacted sephora and they said they could ship the products again, only to tell me the system had blocked it and that they wouldnt help me

 

could i please get some help? appreciate all of you
