Order number 28491504568--partial shipment?

Hello, 

I placed the order on April 23 and has been patiently waiting for it to ship and be delivered to me (the ETA was set to be May 13). I got a notice of partial shipment (and only 1 out of the 4 purchased items were shipped). With only few days left before May 13, I am *really* starting to wonder if Sephora will actually deliver the WHOLE order by the initially promised ETA. Can anyone please take a look and assist?
