Subscription Shipments/samples

My subscription shipments never include a sample, yet if I purchase online I am getting the opportunity to pick 2 samples.   Also subscription shipments prevent you from taking advantage of promos that might allow a sample with purchase.   I think I am going to cancel my subscriptions.  I can do better working the online offerings.
