Order in progress???

Hello! I ordered a bunch of stuff on October 1rst, its the 8th now and the status is still in progress. After I placed my order, my bank account was pending the withdrawal, but now it appears that my money has been returned. Was my order cancelled? It still says in progress but I dont want to place another order and end up with two of everything.
