I am here regarding a Sephora order, ordered during the sale and just received. I am VERY unpleased with the condition my package was sent. Upon opening my package my BECCA highlighter was completely destroyed. The packaging was all mangled and the highlighter was shattered causing a huge mess. It was ridiculous. It looked like someone smashed the highlighter and then put it in the box. Don’t think it happened in transport the box is covered in bubble wrap and paper. I am a VIB rouge member and I spend a lot of money at your store, it’s just unacceptable. It looked like I got someone’s used destroyed highlighter.
Now concerned I checked most of my products and noticed a Farmacy product was not sealed any longer, and felt like half the product was used and packaged and shipped out. This was one of the worst orders I received, wondering how we take care of this. Now I have to wait for these products to be replaced.
