Ontrac issue

I’ve been checking the tracking for my order all day long since the ontrac website stated that it would be delivered on 4/18 at the end of the day. I last checked the website at 10:32pm and it said still out for delivery. I just checked it at 1:20am and it is now stating that on 4/18 at 11am that the recipient refused the package. They never showed up and we had the door open all day waiting for them. How can I refuse a package if they never tried delivering it. This is ridiculous!!! I don’t have trouble getting packages though USPS, ups and fedex to my address. I want my package located and delivered ASAP and I want ontrac to stop lying just because they don’t know how to do their job. I’ve read other reviews on Sephora about ontrac and you really do need to cut ties with them and maybe just use USPS if you really want to be cheap. I want this fixed ASAP AND MY PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED FIRST THING ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AVAILABLE!!!!!!
