Mascara issue

I recently started using HAUS LABS BY LADY GAGA Bio-Radiant Glassy Balm Highlighter Stick  as eyeshadow, but my mascara seems to be leaving marks on my eyelids. I didn’t have this issue before i

started using the highlighter. Is there any way to prevent this?
