Not getting password reset

Got an email saying my account was updated with a new email. I never did that. Tried to reset the password with original email, it says a reset link was sent but I didn’t get anything.  So either something fraudulent is going on or the reset link is going to some other email address. How do I fix this? I had 2500 points!
