No samples at all

I haven’t been receiving the free samples in my online orders lately. A number of my recent orders have shipped without them.  This is disappointing and has been a consistent problem - what’s the point of asking you to pick the samples if they don’t have it? It’s also a loss to Sephora - the more samples spike try the more they are likely to purchase said item. 
please don’t show free samples or ask to pick if NO choices
