They will tell you your account needs to be verified. Sephora’s customer
service is awful lately. I’m not sure what’s happened but everyone is
having a lot of issues with their accounts.

@cassiebejec The Beauty Insider rewards program is only valid in the US
and Canada. I would recommend checking with Sephora Australia for more
information about their rewards program.
