Perfume smells expired
I bought a perfume but I realized it smells different, like expired oil
that has just been sitting on shelf. Unfortunately, I bought it a bit
over 30 days ago and just opened it so now I cannot return...

They will tell you your account needs to be verified. Sephora’s customer
service is awful lately. I’m not sure what’s happened but everyone is
having a lot of issues with their accounts.

and Canada. I would recommend checking with Sephora Australia for more
