Gift card scam

  • Hello! My husband gave me a mothers day giftcard for $200 and it turned out it was zero balance. Sephora refuses any responsibility… who has our money then? Sephora is aware and they keep on distributing these gift cards out because they just don’t take the hit but us consumers . Unbelievable! We are interested in joining a class lawsuit.
