No confirmation email or order number, but payment pending

I placed an order last night and was taken to the thank you/confirmation page, however there was no order number. I didn't receive a confirmation email, and the purchase also doesn't appear in my recent orders page. The payment however appears to be pending. I'm not sure if my order went through even though I'm being charged. I'd appreciate if someone could help me out.

Hey! The exact same thing happened to me, but i didn't receive anything from Sephora. I ended paying $126 for both products that I didn't mean to be paying for two orders. I hope someone helps us both. Because Sephora has TERRIBLE costumer service.

It seems like Sephora has been having a lot of issues lately. I understand that it gets busy this time of the year but it's worrying to spend so much on one order and have no idea what's happening. I called their customer service and was told that once the payment goes through they'd receive the order and I'd receive an email. But this has never happened to me before and I've always received a confirmation email right after! Hopefully someone can give us some answers!

Yeah I understand too! But I mean they should get it together. These are there costumer. And the reason I spend that much is because I originally ordered one order, but since I moved I put in my new address. The address was too long that I kept adding it, and adding it. And I guess it charged me 2x . Did u tried calling customer service?

I did call them, but they told me to just wait. They told me to call again today if there was still no order update so I guess I'm going to have to do that. Any progress with you?
