Need a packing slip to return via mail?

my order arrived with no packing slip, can I still return an item via mail?

The packing slips are no longer included, but you can certainly still return your order by mail or in store! To return by mail, simply navigate to your order details in your account, and scroll down to the button "start a return." Or you can click this link: https://returns.narvar.com/sephora/returns?locale=en_US
