Need Help! Live Chat Unavailable

Hi!

 

I've been trying to contact Sephora customer service for a few hours and it just says "chat is unavailable". I ordered a package for my daughter's upcoming birthday and it was marked delivered yesterday however I haven't received my package and am not sure where it is.

 

live chat is always down and I work long hours which is why I have to opt for live chat, is there anyone that can assist me?
