My points are missing

I have been with Sephora for over 20 years. I went to check my balance and all of my points are missing. This has never happened before. Is this a glitch?

@jetgloss, Beauty Bank points will expire after 12 months of no activity on a Beauty Insider account. Activity is considered redeeming a Rewards Bazaar item, claiming your Beauty Insider birthday gift or simply making a purchase online while logged into your account, or at any Sephora location within the US or Canada, and providing your Beauty Insider account information at checkout. 

If you believe there has been a mistake, we will be happy to look into it further. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
