My ordr is taking too long

I placed an order in early November, but now there is no tracking updates. The last updated was on November 19, saying my package has arrived in L.A, and now it hasn't sent me anymore. This is a Christmas present, which is why I ordered it so early, but I'm afraid it's not going to make it on time.
