My credit card credentials no longer work

I've had a Sephora credit card for a few years and all of a sudden, I cannot log in to pay my bill. I even tried using easy pay without logging in but my info is not valid. I tried reregistering but my card isn't recognized. If I didn't know better, I'd think they cancelled my card. I just used it last month! I am so aggravated that after mailing them a check, I am cutting the card up. It's just not worth the hassle.

I am having sephora Visa credit card login issue. I tried many ways to log in. I called customer service like a known issue. I am going to cancel my card and close my account.
