My VIB card is not linked to my Sephora online account, please help

I have had the VIB card for several years now, and only recently i signed in Sephora online account using the same email address, but none of my points and purchase history showed up in the online account. Could you please help?

I have having the same issue. I am Rouge status when using when physical Sephora beauty insider card but when I log onto my account or go to the app it shows I am a beauty insider. Is there a way to link my rouge status to my online account?
