Modify order

I mistakenly bought the wrong shade on accident and forgot to switch it!! Is there any way I could modify my order? It's still in the "Placed" status.

Hi @sxphi,

 

We aren't able to modify orders once they're placed. However, we can submit a cancellation request to the distribution center to get your order canceled. If the request is honored, you would receive an email notification. Please send me a private message if you'd like me to submit a cancellation request for you.
