Missing packages

Hello,
I placed an order, and today it shows as “delivered,” but I haven’t received anything. I waited the entire day, checked with my neighbors, and still nothing. When I contacted customer service, the agent initially said they would look into a reshipment or refund. But later, I was told nothing could be done because the delivery company confirmed it was delivered.

How is that my fault? I paid $200 for an item I never received, and now I'm being told Sephora can't do anything about it? This is extremely frustrating and unfair.

Please help me resolve this.
