I spend 450$ on items for rogue sale and did not receive package. Customer service told me they will give me store credit so I can instead use to buy online pick up in store as my package was likely stolen. They say I get it in 24 hours, today I ask again where is my store credit and they said I was told the wrong information and I need an “investigation” to see whether or not they can give it to me. Refuse tk reship or refund me even. Ridiculous never shopping w Sephora ever again….
