Missing Point Multiplier points; only getting partial points?

Hi there! I made a substantial purchase a few days ago using the "4x points on Clean at Sephora items". However, I am only getting 4x the points on select items. (I had a mixture of makeup and skincare, all were "Clean at Sephora" items, but have seemed to only earn 4x points on the makeup items.) I have contacted customer service a few times, and keep getting different answers. One representative told me to wait 24 hrs for the points...another representative told me to wait 10 days AFTER the promotion ends to see points. 

My confusion is that some 4x points are reflecting and have been received, but I am still awaiting the rest. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out! The BUZZYMAKEUP promo code was for 4x points on Clean At Sephora makeup products. It did not apply to skincare products. I apologize for any misunderstanding!

That makes sense as to why only some of the products in my order earned points while others did not. Thank you for clarifying this; I was not aware and thought it applied to all clean products! I appreciate your response. 🙂
