Missing Order since Early December

I know this is a common thread, but I placed my order a month ago and it still has not arrived. It stopped tracking in my city on December 21st and I have had no luck trying to contact customer service or anyone else about it. I need to buy foundation but I really don't want to place another order and risk having even more items lost in the mail.
