Missing Order Confirmation

Hi, I placed a large order a while ago with the rouge coupon. I normally get order confirmations immediately but haven't received anything for this order. I see the charge as pending on my credit card but there are no holds. In my Sephora account info I see the order is pending/placed and for some reason it is showing some items as out of stock even though they aren't. Can you please fix the glitch on the site and send the order confirmation? Thank you.

I also received no confirmation email but I did get my tracking number and the details. What should I do?

It took me just under an hour to get my order confirmation e-mail, I think it is due to the volume of orders being placed right now!

I'm having a similar issue. I placed the order, my card was charged, but got no email confirmation. Usually those confirm emails are immediate when I place my orders. But in my Order History here on the website it's still stuck in "pending" status instead of order received or "placed" status. Idk if it's because of how many people are ordering right now or if it's an actual glitch in the system...?
