Missing Items

I am missing the Dr Jart and Boscia items from my Starry Party bag, any way you can fix this?

Good Luck cause I didnt even get the one I was suppose too and you cant order a second one for its only available once, and now they are sold out. So nice how the VIB customers are treated. I'm being totally sarcastic when I say nice. Its wrong on all levels! Id call customer service, but do it during the day hours, youll get better service and ask for additional beauty rewards points added to your account cause those bags had a nice $40.+ value of products.

I called the VIB, The bags are prepared outside and come prepackaged.They have always been really good about giving points when things aren't right and they did so in this case also. When things that I want to come open in the bazaar I'm always thankful that I have some extra points that I can use.
