Hi, same problem with softsculpt shaping stick, I tried the fix and nothing works. And Sephora will not exchange this. Very frustrating!

If you take the bottom apart and push up with the end of a makeup brush it will work. It will twist the product down as it should.

I am so unpleased with this stick not working. I went to the store a week after the purchase and they told me I could get the product with a brush?!? I am unable to gat the stick part away from the black part, how to you detach both?
