Loves list not working and showing

I have been unable to see my loves list or add anything to it for months . I keep logging in and out and clearing my cache but nothing Is working . I have emailed the Sephora team and got no help or support . Does anyone have any suggestions or tips ?

Has this been resolved? I've had this issue for over a year and nothing has improved.

Same here.  I'm assuming they're just going to leave it broken for those of us that it isn't working for.  It's a shame as I was going to use that list to help me shop the sale but I guess I won't get much then.

Same! I use the app and i’ve tried logging in and out and deleting and  redownloading but it still doesn’t work.

Were you able to resolve it? Like you, my list hasn't worked for many months either on the app or on desktop (I think it's been about a year) and I emailed and called, yet nothing was done to resolve it. I've tried all different browsers, operating systems, cleared cache/cookies etc and it hasn't worked.  I assumed I was the only one with this issue, so I stopped inquiring about it, but a quick search here is showing other people  who are experiencing this issue as well.
