Lost/stolen/not delivered SEPHORA package

Waited for the longest time for this package. Assumed it was delayed for reasons due to Thanks Giving but apparently that's not the case... It showed that the package was delivered on Nov.22nd on the tracking page but I never received the package. Contacted both building manager and UPS, no result. Though I'd try my luck here.

@tbhnow I have the same issue. I ordered and chose Same-day delivery as I needed the products right away for a birthday gift. Then, I got the message said that the package was delivered but there was no package whatsoever and no proof of delivery.

 

I called customer service and on the first call, they asked to to call Uber delivery!!! I called Uber but they said I was not the person who submitted the shipment so they could not do anything for me. I called Sephora again and this time the person said that she would submit the refund for me but until now I have not seen any refund.

 

@LaurieBT I was a fan of Sephora until this incident happened. I think if Sephora offers delivery options, they should be responsible for the shipping OR they have to write clearly under the delivery options that "THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR STOLEN PACKAGE" for people to avoid using the service.

 

It is said to see many Sephora lovers ran until the same issue above. Why do Sephora offer the sevice that dissapointed many of their customers???? I hope they will resolve the issue soon or should we RUN A CAMPAIGN to stop it happens again and again???

This just happened to me today. Ordered a good number of items for the Sephora sale and it was marked as delivered today. I checked everywhere and it's nowhere to be found. What to do?

I ordered a few items on the Feb 7th and it said it was delivered on Feb 10th but when i got home from work on the 10th, the package was not there. I do not know if it was stolen or it just never arrived. I need help, please and thank you!

Same thing here. I got a delivery notice yesterday afternoon but when I went outside the package was nowhere to be found. Checked all doors, garage, bushes, neighbor porches…

Same problem for me too, cannot find package despite UPS tracking stating the package was delivered on 3/12/2022. Bummer because I was really excited for my purchase to arrive. Contacted both the building manager and UPS, awaiting their response.

I have the same problem. My package said it was delivered on 12/15/2021 and when I went outside to get it, it was not there.

Lost/Stolen Package

 

this happened to me too:( package stated it arrived Nov 30th. Checked with my building manager and all the apartments around me. Nothing to be found. Spent a lot of money on this item. Hoping to get better luck here.

My package was reported delivered too, and it is not there... I checked within 30 minutes of it being reported delivered.  The website is saying to wait for 3 days and ask your neighbors if they received it, and to check your bushes... like what in the actual heck is going on with their delivery?

I ordered twice last week and was expecting delivery on Wednesday.

 

Earlier in the morning (Tuesday morning at about 03:45 am) — I opened the app to make sure I’d be notified when deliveries were made. Upon doing so, I saw that they’d shipped in the same package (2 orders, 1 package/1tracking number) and the status was “delivered.

 

I quickly went outside to find the package… it’s NOWHERE.

 

I came back inside and manually tracked the shipment again.. then clicked on the OnTrac link. They claim they left it by my garage door. There is SO MUCH TRAFFIC by my garage. Not to mention, tomorrow is garbage pick up and everyone puts their bins in front of their garages the night before.

 

I can’t think of a more careless, public or stupid place to deliver a package. 

I needed these items by Wednesday.
What do I do now? Redelivery? Police report? Etc 

 

so frustrated.
