Package not delivered

I have placed an order recently and did not receive it. The ups image is all blurred. I checked with my neighbours. No support from Sephora and redirecting me to ups. UPS is again redirecting me to Sephora. I am really fed up and do not understand what to do.

I had the same issue and Sephora is not helping. Customer service was very rude as well.
