Live chat not working and I haven't received my package AGAINNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has honestly gotten so frustrating dealing with Sephora. The live chat is not working despite trying to access it during its opening hours. Also, this is the second time making the SAME order due to me not receiving it the first time. I am boiling with frustration at this pointtttt. Can someone please helppp?? I really don't know what to do at this point.
