Live Chat ALWAYS unavailable, even during their working hours

Why do they even claim to offer the live chat option when it literally NEVER is available (and I ONLY check it during their listed working hours, so it isn't a me problem).

I have lost track of how many times I have checked to see if the live chat is available. Given I have check dozens of times and it is NEVER available, that leads me to conclude that it is actually never manned by any agents and therefore it should be removed from the website so people stop being falsely led on to believe this service exists, when it really doesn't.

I just checked and my private messages were already turned on. I will try to PM you to see if it works. Thank you!
