Linked Account and no points

Earlier this year I contacted support via phone to help link the correct email to my phone number that I use for in-store shopping.

However, I rechecked the online account recently and it looks like I have 0 points and 0 transactions from 2022 which is definitely incorrect since I have made recent in person purchases (again, using my phone number). 

 

What should I do?
