Items hasn't been shipped yet?!

I've ordered something from Sephora on the 4/23/2023 and it still says in progress? How long is the wait going to be at this point? Sad thing is that i can cancel because it's already in the "in progress" stages but how far have they gone to ship my order out to not be able to cancel?

Due to high order volume from our Savings Event, shipping times may be longer than usual and I'm truly sorry for the wait and that we're not able to cancel your order at this time! Your package should arrive on or around the estimated delivery date that was listed at checkout. We will notify you via email once your package has been shipped and we appreciate your patience.
