Issues with Deliver It Carrier

Are people here facing issues with Deliver-it Carrier? I have never had any issues with any other packages being delivered to my address except Sephora. This is third time in a row I am missing a package that was said to be delivered with a proof of delivery.

 

The packages are shown to be left somewhere in a mailroom but are never delivered to the lockers (that generate the code for me to collect these packages). I was missing my original package, request a reshipment which is again missing 🤯. It is surprising that the package was again left somewhere outside with no clear delivery instructions after requesting the same a dozen times.

 

Now Sephora is refusing a reshipment for no mistake of their customer. This is ridiculous. Having the customer pay for their mistake of choosing an unreliable delivery partner. Deliver-It has a 1 star rating if you were to check, how are they not doing anything about it and expecting customers to keep wasting their money.
