Issue with $100 2500 points reward

I'm having issues with this reward, the system is telling me that the CVV of the card is not there or that splitting payment failed, I tried many times and I got the same answer, now the reward even disappear from my cart and I can't find it to add it again.

 

Somebody knows how to do this?

@jfaithcho For security purposes, you may need to enter the CVV when redeeming a reward. Please let us know if you are still having trouble.
