2500 points for $100

I’m trying to use my points but I don’t have an option to use 2500 points in exchange for $100. Are you telling me that I have to get up early in the morning (I live in Alaska and I work nights) on Tuesdays or Thursdays for the chance to MAYBE cash in my reward points? Am I understanding that correctly? This is disappointing if true. I spend good money. I feel that I should be able to use rewards that were offered and advertised without nonsensical arbitrary limitations.

@Samd5 I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty redeeming a Rouge Reward. Limited quantities are released Tuesdays and Thursdays around 9am PT.  I apologize for the inconvenience and will share your feedback with the appropriate department for future consideration.
